It's executives dumping some of their shares imo. Otherwise this wouldn't be below 005 . Share buy back is all noise, they have zero money to do a share buy back and it's the least of their concerns. They went public to raise money. And they are in the first phase, which is dump executive shares. Non dilutive news was all BS. This is the second day we have 200 plus volume.
