I don't think they really care about current common share holders:

Reverse Split of 50 - 1 to 300 - 1

Current outstanding common shares of 144,700,000 would be reduced to 2,894,000 to 482,333 shares once the reverse split is done.

They are also authorizing for 750,000,000 share of additional common stock once the reverse split is done. Once this happens issued an outstanding shares will only be less than 1% of shares available to be issued. Once they start issuing even a portion of 750,000,000 shares they will make current shareholders shares basically worthless.

In my opinion only based on my review, do your own research please.
