??? hello...he loaned the company money knowing better than anyone, they could never pay it back. Look at the revenues, now look at the profits. You's have to sell $1m in gross media to net maybe $100K. He loaned them $400K...that = $4-5M in gross sales. day trading is not for the faint hearted.
