Stocks are like a 'piggy bank' for the owner. They are used for company investments. It went down AFTER he posted that he is closing. This tells me he is using our money to close on this deal. This is probably why the stock has been so low lately. After the deal is inked, he can start hiring and producing. Anyone buying a house (as I am right now, and I close on the 19th) can tell you that everything is in limbo UNTIL you close!
