No office needed in Colorado

Good morning,

In order to file a corporation in Colorado, we only require that you have and maintain a registered agent within the state. The registered agent is whomever you appoint to receive legal documents if they are ever served upon the entity and this would need to be someone over the age of 18 who has a physical address in Colorado and agrees to perform the service. You may also hire a Colorado firm that provides this service.

If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to call our office at 303-894-2200, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m..

Thank you and have a great day!
