Maybe all this is because fda will need to audit the new building and that's why fda no longer shows them. If thats the case removing Kyocera temporarily from PRs is accurate. Not sure that's a necessary move but timing wise it adds up.

If Sonny was going to keep company going by itself IP model is what I suggest so turning over all manufacturing to Kyocera makes more sense. Then just keep RnD in-house.
