I didn't guess anything. I know it affects the voltage I just don't know details as to what extent,, what's wrong with that?? You called the catalyst bs from the start. That tells me you know nothing about the role the oxygen catalyst plays, nor the importance of HYSR doing this while simultaneously meeting other goals and challenges.
