Same dynamic occurs at my antique market with new jewelry, a David Yurman piece on my private balance sheet gives my estate value, however when I put that asset into my LLC it then becomes triple leveraged collateral with my Square account because I triple key my retail prices for the public website and LLC and 1/3rd my whoSALE prices for the private shop at the antique market.
