+1 is just where the low 70 players (plus ties) are today---it means nothing at this point except to let you know where your players currently stand vs the rest of the field...

after the 2nd round, count the top 70 players from the top---that will be the cut line and those 70 will make it--including any/all tied when you get to 70...
