Not necessarily. They just came off restriction after the 12 month period, doesn't mean they were sold... CEO can't stop the "restricted" ledger coming off after the 12 months.

It appears approx 100M was still owned by previous management and I wouldn't be surprised if they dumped those yesterday, which make sense given yesterdays high volume and selling pressure. 100M of the 200M volume yesterday could easily have been them, if it was all 300M being sold, today would've been a lot higher volume.
