The 31st is no gate. EPGL is not going to give investors in EPGL the answers they're looking for. This isn't a coherent, viable company. The mess that this pinky is will continue to limp along after the 31st as it has for years. InWith is the escape hatch that EPGL skates on. The crap pps will dissolve to nothing and EPGL as a stock (sure it is) will cease to exist. Nearly all investors will get nothing. The pre-.01's will get something for their troubles. This thing sucks eggs.
