Yes I have read all of the DD but why wouldn't they buy now rather than wait to buy at .10! Please explain why they would not buy now. Heck I would have access to some funds that if I knew I was offered to buy as an employee @.10 or @.04 I'd buy now. I'd work overtime or call my rich relatives and get some $$$$
