I think you have a large tendency of hearing what you want to hear. Mnuchin said GSE NWS has been used to fund government programs. Later, he said he didn't mean to state that the NWS was used to fund ObamaCare specifically and that he didn't understand the question fully.

Simple math. ObamaCare costs tax payers $1.34 trillion over ten years. GSE's have paid $78b in excess over the last 8 years. Grab a calculator and Figure it out.
