Correct but ultimately they will be forced to buy them

Its just 14 years down the road. When it comes to prices for the credits though the question is how many will feel enough pressure to buy them now and push the prices up?

It would be great to see them pushed up to $7 or $8 a ton.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
