CONFERENCE CALL NOTES:

1. FINANCIALS and MERGER DOCS posted on OTC news wire on Monday
2. Two new products: Pain cream / Scar tissue
3. Ticker/Name change in process with FINRA. Anticipated for short turnover for this.
4. Everyone sounds extremely excited about the current 2 products they have.
5. Samples available for select few if you go to their site and ask.
6. Pain cream last for 12 hrs
7. Ohio office will be operating before Florida.
8. Buildout is coming along nicely.
