ONCE AGAIN--management privately leaking inside information to a few select folks in order to spread the rumor that something BIG is about to happen. They've done the same thing every month and NOTHING ever comes to pass.

A con-man/woman tells people exactly what they want to hear. Their best tactic is the line "I'm here to help you." Oh I wouldn't be surprised to see management post some grandiose B.S. like "signing an agreement" (a favorite "no cost" scam to dupe investors).

IF there were anything big brewing then insiders would be buying like mad and the stock would be shooting up.

They aren't.
