My take:

Either the company needed some quick cash OR shares came off restriction and that entity wanted or was forced to capitulate.

Huge buys the past few days at 12-13 were readily there to absorb and take huge positions...

Now interest and liquidity are both higher coupled with a nice share structure and this is poised to run hard with unveiling of business updates/plans/progress confirmation
