EMAIL UPDATE From Josh Alper - JuJu Joints

I wanted to clear up any confusion about BLDV's relationship with JuJu Joints, so I emailed the company and asked. The reason for my confusion had to do a two different company press releases mentioning JuJu Joints, from two different companies.

What is BLDV's relationship with JuJu Joints? The email response I just got:

BLDV does not own any of the JuJu Joints company.

We have an agreement with the company to locate and implement licenses in the State of Michigan.

The agreement can be expanded to additional midwestern states.

In addition we are focused on enhancing their digital application that make the device suitable for strict medical applications.

So there you have it. And it's still great news imo.

A distribution license is simply an agreement or contract between a manufacturer (Golden Leaf) and a supplier (BLDV) to distribute and/or sell items manufactured. Generally, the manufacturer pays a fee to enter into a distribution agreement with a supplier; both parties make money, in fact, often the manufacturer makes the least money from the agreement.

Bottom line: Despite not owning JuJu Joints, BLDV will make money when they distribute and/or sell JuJu Joints. Not only that, but keep in mind that BLDV's retail stores will be making TONS of money, likely MILLIONS per day. Look no further than to states currently legally selling MJ.
