IMO- Shares of 1/2s being LOADED & LOCKED UP by longs. That said- WHEN NEWS/PR/8K is DROP of company's direction; PPS will SKYRocket accordingly.

Waiting DOES put a damper on things BUT in this case- We're ALL hoping that GOOD THINGS will come to those that are PATIENT.
