If it was dilution, they would let it run. The outstanding debt in shares is set up in a way that's its beneficial for them to let it run. This is retail flipping. VNDM hasn't gotten involved at all today. I think you see a nice slow and steady rise in this one. No reason it should trade lower than .01-.02.
