If LBSR can confirm significant tonnage at 2%, the majors will be all over this, and the funding will suddenly be available. Permitting will happen, and the processing facilities will be built....on-site.

I'll say it again, shipping oxide ores 30 miles to a "neighbor" is silly. Not to mention that that "neighbor" would have to file for modifications to their own permits to accept and process ore from a different mine.
