HAON. this weeks volume appears to be a bit of O/S expansion and I expect an increased float as well.

Here though, I also expect that such an influx of cash for the company would be utilized for further acquisitions. The company may not wait for all their ducks to be in order and flying off for past actions to be implemented (like the dividend via the spin-off).

I would think they are pursuing the next round of acquisitions in sync with their most recent purchase....??? A little dilution to assist in making that action feasible may just be the most opportune thing to do.

Just a guess of course.
