pual, I agree that we need the audit completed so that we can become a reporting entity.

I am interested in what you mean by "reputable" accounting firms. Are you saying that the big firms that have had lawsuits against them recently are not reputable? What criteria do you use to determine reputation, good or bad? Just curious.
