The float on Feb 5 was 742,000 shares, which at today's price is about $30,000. Amazing! The last debt of $80,000 or whatever it was may have raised the float by another 1 or 2 million shares - but that still is peanuts. And the convertible may well be paid off now, after some $300,000 traded last week!

Any positive volume without debt overhang and this stock could really fly.

I'm betting that .03-.05 is the bottom range.

VERY few real companies trade at market caps under $1m and no convertible debt. Add to that the possibility of this being a grandslam play and you have a combination with enormous potential.

The current market cap is $700,000 based on most recently reported OS in Feb.
