Since when does adding cash on hand to a company that isn't producing revenue without massive dilution, or gifting of open market shares a negative? Someone has just placed faith in this company with a straight investment. Delay of FS or not, give me a break. So what? Another short-term disappointment? BFD. Call it what it is, an opportunity for whatever parasites out there attached to this stock to suck a little more blood... like a tick, they will eventually pop.

Seriously, since when is adding runway to a project a "negative"? Only in the eyes of the short-term investor. Keep scooping up shares... They won't be there soon enough, and we'll all be wishing we'd bought more.
