I am still a little confused. A prior post says original PP to Advent was preferred stock (on which CNAT would have been paying interest to Advent). Yesterday's announcement, however, clearly states that CNAT would be buying back ___ shaes of COMMON stock (on which there is no dividend). Furthermore, neither preferred nor common would allow Advent to "call a loan" as your post implies.

Just searching for clarity around what is in this deal for Advent.
