I would not read too much into the change from "mid 2017" to "Q3 2017". It is probably just a sign of greater confidence in the exact date of release.

They originally said "mid-2017", but what does that really mean? I just saw "mid-2017" as a speculative estimate that could mean anywhere from May - August. No we know it will not be May or June.

If they delay from Q3 to Q4 in a later update, then there might be something big to read into that sort of announcement.
