AGREED. If you look at the .0001 action is was an $80 trade or a $50 and a $30. Just trying to shake the tree. Convenient it happens on the day they announced signed PSA and not any of the previous days with morale in a lull.


Anyway - even if they aren't a filing company - why wouldn't they want to file that or the signing in an 8k?! Can non-filing companies not file 8ks or was ol KN just being stubborn?
