rule of thumb re: OTC *targets* like PTOI .. always note *pattern* change outs re: *volume* .. ;)
so courtesy of what Market Manipulators (aka MMs) report to FINRA .. we can see when volume adjusts
and who actually *reports* what volume that is engendered vs what those *decoys* .. show via l2
we know that VNDM *reported* in the PRIMARY in October 2016 .. *imo* done so NN wouldn't *trigger*
reg sho on PTOI for a 3rd time ..
interesting to see April's reported data .. ;)

but i digress .. in Dec 2016 .. PTOI's *volume* was 2.2M~ (approx) for the month ..
since *volume* got the boot @ the EO 2016 .. PTOI's volume has been on par with 2009's volume
so that last month (April) was literally the lowest volume ever on PTOI .. the lowest monthly volume
b4 that was November 2009 .. a month i remember well .. due to first toe dip of 100 shares of PTOI

in a range (99% at bid) of 044 to 048/049 .. and odds are exactly why VNDM *reported* (PRIMARY) in October 2016
anyhow .. taking data daily to see what is done re: PTOI's tapes of trades .. but since *volume* is the one key
that *cant* be disguised .. ;) .. will next post out .. what is *shown* on PTOI .. with significant *change* .. or EOM
whichever occurs first ..
currently (note the 10 day ramp in comparison to the 90 day decline)
