I believe that the share price needs one of a few different things to trade at $1 and more.

By far the easiest things is sales, it won't matter where as long as the psoriasis cream is legally in the market somewhere.

Without sales, a contract or multiple contracts with companies that can provide sales in the U.S. either in all State's with medical marijuana approved, or individually, State by State, is needed to replace the Medmar agreement.

Prior to sales a clear statement that the Phase 1 Safety Trial has been successfully completed and no significant safety issues could be sufficient.

Just the act of open communications with shareholders could also achieve higher prices if the company opened itself up to Analyst's questions and the answers were impressive when they release the quarterly. This is something most other companies do.

In short, OWCP has a game plan that if executed should make us all wealthier, but short term they need to communicate what they're doing better. If they say nothing, but have sales in the third quarter, by that time we should be substantially higher. Unfortunately, if they say nothing, it's hard to say how low we may go before sales turn everything around. Any of the above should do it as well.
