CCTC below a dime; Mum's-the-word for Eves. Why?

Why aren't Eves and Neary doing interviews about the new Pristine-M patent?
Where's the Pristine-M advertising on the web, in magazines, or on billboards?
Where are the YouTube videos touting the benefits of dust-free Pristine coal?
Where are the weekly motivational tweets... such as, "Now, with the Pristine-M patent in hand, big things are coming..."?

Is it because,
1) He's gagged; That is, it would violate an NDA or jeopardize a deal.
2) He's trying to hold out 5 weeks for the WMA convention.
3) He has nothing to say, no prospective deals, no grants, no hope.
4) He wants to keep the stock price hovering around a dime.

Odds are its #1 and/or #2.
We know #3 is Cartman's pick.
But option #4 is interesting...
What if a large infusion of cash is pending, such as from a grant, and CCTI plans a buyback?
