LOL! Roofie (Rufus Paul Harris) was a rookie pennyscammer. Jack Hanks is very experienced pennyscammer and swindler of investors.
Roofie is in the Oklahoma FTC Federal prison until 2031 and made no munny from the CSHD scam - no real munny - the Feds froze the trading accounts of his nominees when they tried to sell. The brokers notified the Feds and the Feds and FINRA instructed the brokerages nott to execute any sells or transfers of those nominee (most all were Roofie's fambly members or in-law fambly).
Jack Hanks will do no prison time, just as he hasn't in any other of his numerous financial scams. He just walks away with the conned investors' munny and starts another scam. That's how Jack rolls.
So CSHD and MMEX are alike in that they are/were both massive pennyscam swindles. Butt they are different in that in CSHD, Roofie made no real munny and wound up in DaHole until 2031 first in FCI-Texarkana and then transferred to FTC-OK City), whereas Jack Hanks will dodge the Bureau of Prisons vacation and walk away with all the scsmmed investors munny. Like he always does.
That's the diff between a rookie pennyscammer (Roofie) and a veteran pennyscammer, financial swindler, and career grifter like old Jack Hanks.
As my earlier posts pointed ~OUTT, Jack was even swindling from the Federal gubmint back in 1988, when he was still a lawyer back when he was still licensed to practice law - before he lost his bar license(s).
Still, AFAIK, he never served a day in prison for any of his scams and swindles. Nott one. And the pile of broke, busted, and dazed investors he conned and swindled is as high as Mount Everest.
Nah, Jack's no Roofie and Roofie is no Jack. One does prison time until he's 64 years old (16 years) while the other takes investors' munny and moves on to his next scam - over and over for DECADES.

Jack's scams are much better planned and CONstructed than anything Roofie could ever put together. Roofie didn't really understand the legal system and thus he din't know how to walk the 'tightrope', whereas Jack does and has plenny of 'spearients doing it - over and over.
Both pennyscams are funny, butt Roofie is much more of a clown than Jack. Jack is more like The Joker. Roofie is more like Bozo.
