However, as stated by myself and many others here on the board today. Contact your broker because the ticker change is already to them just waiting on transfer agents to execute the change.

To me, that is as good as done for me IMO with that confirmation by my call to my broker. Call your broker and ask them, see if that helps put your mind at ease because to me I lit up with joy like Christmas morning once they confirmed that... To me, that validates everything in the works almost because why would brokerages already have notice of the ticker change if it wasn't happening?
