Just some thoughts.
The 2 resignations on the same day as 2 new directors = a planned transition.
Therefore either the Board or Jason have been working on this for a reasonable period of time.

2 new directors are high capacity individuals, joining a very small company with tight finances, there has to be a draw card/carrot or ability to remunerate in the medium term.

These Directors would most likely have entered NDAs in the lead up process and then have access to more information than what is in the public domain, so their decision to join the board is off a more informed base than what we have.

I see it as being very positive.
