That alone tells you that this scenario of finding out about the new rules and deciding not to merge is a bunch of BS. This is more of the same BS. I wonder how long this uplifting will take now? 3 months, 6 months, 9 months? I can tell you with certainty that it will be longer than Q2 until there's another reason why there will be no uplist.
