$80 MILLION Why would Universal pay that kind of money to Dreamlife for something that doesn't even have a Patent? The Shark Tank would laugh them out of the room. If I were Lay I would watch Shark Tank and learn some things about negotiations like a 50/50 partnership and some kind of royalties. That's were you would get the capitol to continue your Research and Development. So why do it this way? JMO
