I also received that hefty bag from one of my accounts. In reviewing the material, I noticed something interesting: When BMY and IMCL renegotiated the terms of the Commercial Agreement and modified the amounts and dates of subsequent milestone payments, ImClone also agreed to "resume" construction of BB50. I wasn't aware that construction had previously been delayed or halted.
