Only one left is Twitter.....the one year was up yesterday for the first three. IMHO Apple is assuming they'll lose so they're desperate and filed another one. AT&T figures they better try or else.

I'd assume the Apple IPR is going to be lost due to the judges so, an appeal in Federal courts is 7-12 months. So, yeah if they're not denied these two IPRs then it's 2019, before any deal is done.
