i think there is just the one group of west coast passengers that opposed the merger for competitive reasons, effecting ticket prices. but with DOJ approval and stipulations met. i don't see they have a case, they have added attorney, don't see original lead attorney still, and jury trial was denied, may 18/19th is deadline for summary judgement or set trial date, i believe. here is hoping for summary judgement, general consensus is final disbursement late summer early fall
but would be nice sooner rather than later, i would give them 30 days from end of last case settlement
