MMEX Resources is currently in the process of building a state-of-the-art refinery located in Pecos County, Texas

Project Location: Sulfur Junction -- approximately 20 miles northeast of Fort Stockton, Texas
Strategically located on Texas Pacífico Railroad (TXPF), with storage capability
Located in close proximity to oil production in West Texas, with a steady stream of feedstock supply
Projected Input Capacity: 50,000 BPD
CAPEX: $450 MM
