EGRX (in my charity portfolio and am long about a 2x position) - hitting 18 month highs after good results.

Issue is whether heat stoke drug is approved and, if so, how big a seller will it be.

Lots of short interest out there. Either the shorts are smart, or there is a real risk of an upside move. Hoping for the upside move, but taking some off the table given the almost 200% move since last June.

Anyone with insight as to the uptake on the heatstroke drug, if approved?
