MRKL investors didn't receive TCNH shares as TCNH financial statements are still in the process of being prepared and audited.

TCNH should focus more on declaring Quarterly results on time if they have to gain Investors confidence. Announcing orders from US army frequently doesn't make sense without financial statements.

TCNH share value is at its bottom and it will go higher once we receive dividend and when it comes out of MRKL's control.
