Back in the day he had a $380k Salary those days are long gone. With a negative balance in their bank account hard to pay salaries to anyone. Hence the payments in BORK shares. He can't fire himself since he's the largest shareholder and his CEO is only there as a file clerk and press release master. What needs to happen is that Bourque needs to license his patents to those companies that can produce the product. Problem is that the products can't be created at Scale to make them commercially viable
