Are you referring to the above statement from Levy? It means absolutely nothing. That statement falls under the protection of being a "forward-looking statement"
I recall several years ago Levy projected TALK earning something like 30M in revenue for I believe 2014. Guess how much they earned that year? lol.
IMO, if it wasn't for forward-looking statements, the vast majority of the turds trading on the OTC wouldn't even exist.
