Someone correct me if im wrong- but I believe it means there are X number of shares outstanding at the selling price of 36. When all of those shares are sold at that price it bumps up to the next price and so on and so forth. So when people say there's a wall of 10m at 36 it means there are 10m shares being sold at 36.

Right?
