Well folks, the shell has been cleaned and the last trading session was the rinse.
Reversal is on!!
Yesterday's final documentations denotes the ownership filing and the corporate name change is evident of the next event.
I am convinced that FINRA and the request for the symbol change is at the timetable of JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc.
What we need today is a green close and it really doesn't matter about %gain, but the signal..
We are so close to the grand event and I, from a business standpoint, the company is going all out on the major restructure of the private company, to a leader in renewable energy, of which is JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc.
The next trading sessions will inch us north until the announcement. I would like to see the announcement when the price is in the range of .05 to .08, close to the high back earlier. The announcement will bring on huge volume and as I have mentioned before I see a rush to $1. As well, the company wants this to be a $1b company and that commends a 1$b MC and $1 per share price.
It's unusual in pink arcade, but it does happen that a company rockets out of the gate. This issue has all the makings of a company that has all the ingredients for a successful launch.
The filings??
This is the most important document that they will release and it will give you an insight on where these folks want to take the company. The most important part of this will be the future SS.
This will include all warrants , preferred any equity type financial structure to raise capital. One thing we can be assured of, the above will be restricted no matter what for at least 6 months (first tranche July) and any others will be denoted in foot-notes of the ledger.
We will see new names and these folks are the money end of this restructure, but the telling tale will be what form.
I can honestly say, this is really an exciting time for us and many of you that are new to trading, will experience the exuberance of playing in the pinksheet arcade. This is not the norm for a pinksheet company, but on the contrary, most (98%) fail.
We are out on the launch pad, takeoff is in day's.
