Jack Hanks is a serial, recidivist pennyscammer. He's pulled these boolsheet pennyscam stories before - the most recent were in 2003 and 2010.

Both left investors broke and busted, because that's what Jack Hanks does.

MMEX is just his latest pennyscam investor rip-off.
