Here's the problem with reverse splits, and I've been through them before.

Like the example posted here earlier. Yes your value is the same after the reverse. From .0085 before to .2125 after...all that is true. But and it's a big but, now the stock has much further to fall then before. When it was at .0085, there wasn't much room but at .2125 there is lot's of room. So, unless there is a huge announcement after the split that supports the new stock price, it will begin an unstoppable fall back to the trips again. It may take awhile, but if there's nothing to support the price, it will fall. You can bet on it.
