The way I understand it, it is not as a "right" to the patent. Rather, the patent is an asset that was assigned to Click/et al. Click has a judgment against it. that judgment is enforceable against all assets of Click. The second suit is to get assets that were in click's name at the time of the suit, but transferred after knowledge of the suit, back into click's possession for satisfaction of the judgment.
