IMO, $9/ton processing is the best case.
Likely that estimate was for Jindal with lower labor costs in India and their special $1/ton royalty rate.
For future US licensees, the estimate is $13/ton (based on 2016 Investor Summary).
That includes operating expenses (labor+maintenance+power), capital cost/ton (cost of processing plant / total lifetime tonnage), and $3/ton CCTI royalty.
